Methodology
Infyz adopted Agile Project management methodologies to take an iterative approach to software development. Which is centered around the idea of iterative development, where requirements and solutions evolve through collaboration between self-organizing cross-functional teams. The ultimate value in Agile development is that it enables teams to deliver value faster, with greater quality and predictability, and greater aptitude to respond to change.
Scrum-based process
It consists of a number of smaller cycle sprints. Each one of them is a project in miniature: It has a Plan, Design, Develop, Test, Deploy, Review and Launch. Where the pre-defined scope of work and existing backlogs are also included in an agile process.
Kanban Process
